Exeter Program Guidelines

To our Students and Parents

Thank you for showing an interest in the Safe Wheels Driver Education Program.

We offer a complete, yet accelerated, driver education program licensed by the New Hampshire Department of Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles. Our curriculum for the "new driver" runs consecutively for five weeks, (some sessions maybe six weeks allowing for school vacations) meeting all state requirements. 

 

If you are under the age of 18, New Hampshire state law requires all students who wish to obtain their New Hampshire driver's license, to first complete an approved driver education course. In order to enroll, students must be at least 15 years and 9 months old by the first day of class.

Upon successful completion of the course, students will be allowed the opportunity to test for their New Hampshire driver's license with the state's Department of Motor Vehicles.

Please note:  Our program now offer students three options when enrolling, with an after school class starting at 3:00pm, an evening class starting at 6:00pm, and a summer session starting at 9:15am. For the afternoon classes, all enrolled Exeter High School students can take the EHS school bus #1 to our classroom on Epping Road.
